Having spent two days in the paediatric department, where the staff looked after my daughter Jessica, who is 6 months old and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff involved with her and my care (the stressed out mum).
Everyone was extremely busy, as the department was full of similarly sick children but they took the time to make sure that Jessica was dealt with as though she was their main priority.
The staff were friendly, reassuring, informative and answered all questions that I had about her care and ensured that I was completely happy with her treatment.
A particular thank you to a member of staff, who was informative, professional and really caring. you are definitely in the right job and very, very good at it.
Nice also to see a consultant who spent time, listened and really cared about what happened to his patient. Having been fobbed off so many times, this was refreshing.
I have always had excellent treatment at Kingsmill and this time wasn't any different.
