"the worst a&e"

Two days ago my mum fall on one of the unbalance payment of ealing and hurt her self. She broke her arm and and nose. Called the ambulance which never came i end up driving her to the ealing hospital a&e the staff at reception were very rude and un polit i don't know from where they employ these people. One receptionist was wasting their time looking something and there was long queing waiting for her to be seen. Evently my number came and the first thing they told me was its a 6hour wait. I try to explain that mum is bleeding and they said they don't care if even some body is dying still the same wait. I had and argument with them and did feel safe to leave my mum under the hand of these people. So took here some where else where she was treated with a respected manor in a short period of time . I don't think this hospital deserves to be open they should closed ealing a&e instead of Hammersmith hospital. Not recommended for anyone.
