I was admitted for an outpatient procedure, and I must congratulate you on what is an absolutely superb team on Ward 20.

From checking in to leaving, there was nothing that was too much trouble, or that the staff did not offer or facilitate. They were friendly, thorough, considerate and above all professional.

Please can you pass on my sincere thanks for what was a very positive experience - when one is generally nervous, and tends to expects exactl the opposite.
