I would like to thank all the staff on ward 3f for taking such excellent care of my little girl. The thoroughness in the approach to her care was v reassuring.

I extend my thanks to the ambulance crew who came out to us on Friday, to the staff at A&E and the nurses on the observation ward who looked after my daughter and a distraught mum too.

we stayed 3 nights on ward 3f and I have only positive feedback and am v grateful for the fabulous job all the staff do from keeping the ward clean and welcoming to diagnosing and treating.

my only criticism would be that the toys need some new batteries in the play room!

Thank you very much for your comments. We are delighted that the services at this Trust met with your satisfaction. We are very proud of our Paediatric staff on ward 3F and in A&E. We will pass on your much appreciated feedback to them and will also replace old batteries in the toys in the Play Room!
