"Disappointed"

I went to the urgent care centre suffering with an all body skin condition. Whilst the doctor was very nice, the examination was cursory and they did not pick up that my skin is infected, sending me away with a prescription for a very mild ointment that was not much use. I saw my GP today and have been given antibiotics and ointments, I could have saved myself £8.00. Very disappointed and not encouraged to use the UCC again.
