They work very hard to give us advice about fitness and healthy eating. They take us to church on the unit and off unit. They try there hardest to get us about, community and field walk

Hi there. Thank you so much for taking the time to post your positive comments about the work of the Sports and Leisure team. I have passed on your comments to Ashley Willan, the Sports and Leisure Coordinator here at Arnold Lodge, who would also like to thank you for your kind message on behalf of the Sports and Leisure Team.

As a whole staff team, we understand the importance of health and wellbeing throughout the hospital and try our utmost to ensure we provide patients with useful information and knowledge in regard to healthy living options available to them. We also appreciate the need to facilitate social integration and provide opportunities for this whenever we can in order to prepare patients for their reintegration back into the community in the future.
