What I liked

I brought my little boy in to the Urgent Care Centre. The receptionist was a lovely, friendly lady as were the triage nurses. They totally made my son feel at ease. We were then seen by the doctor and nurse who again were absolutely marvellous with my son and took a lot of time with him, assessing his injury. I was expecting a long wait as it was evening but we were seen very quickly. I appreciate their courteous and professional behaviour but most of all their friendliness toward my child.
