"So pleased with my Nan's care!!"

My grandmother is currently a patient on ward 222 and I just wanted to make sure that the staff looking after her get the recognition that they deserve. She has been really poorly and they have been brilliant!! Will this be passed on to the relevant person? I just think it's important to give credit where it is due; too many people are quick to complain. My Nan is comfortable, she's been in for a week now and is constantly praising her care. Thank you.
