I have to give 5/5 for KCH. I am so pleased with the waiting times, the staff were very friendly & so professional and a credit to the hospital. I have had a lot of poor experiences with various hospitals but the support & professionalism at this visit was perfect. Staff are very empathic & knowledgable & I didn't feel like I was rushed at all. Brilliant experience.
