Trying to rearrange an appointment and spent 10 minutes no information on the website no department details, rang over and over still no response.
then diverted to a stoke hospital, then diverted to an answer machine.
Finally go through to Cannock Outpatients department answered put on hold I 'been listening to music ever since. This must be now over an hour.
What chaos, the result the appointment booked tomorrow will not be attended another patient could have had.
All I'm trying to due is rearrange unable to attend due to ill health not inconvenience, by the way while typing this still listening to music!!!!!!!!!
Get some people in that know how to answer phones and book and rearrange appointments
