"A&E"

One of the worst experiences of my life! I was admitted to A&E following a road accident, and I felt completely neglected by the staff on the ward. I was left waiting for hours and hours and the staff would not turn off the light to let me sleep which felt like they were tormenting me. Ealing Hospital please review how you treat patients and remember you are meant to be in a caring profession. Don't treat patients this way when they are already in pain and unwell. You should be making their lives better not worse! ! My experience was so bad that I discharged myself, and never ever want to go back there again. I will never forget the experience of needing help and not getting it!
