I visit the family GP who is sensitive to my physical and mental health. The doctor listens to my concerns and discusses options, always does a medication review once a year and physical health check. The doctor also encourages with positive regard and signposts me if required. My GP is fundamental in my self management of my mental health and a point of access if I have concerns about my health, physical and mental and medication. Thank you.
