"A and E 30-11-15"

I had the misfortune to need to visit your A&E department yesterday with chest pains. From the moment I entered the department I could not fault any of the staff I encountered. The receptionist was so warm and understanding and even recognized me today when I went back to collect some paperwork. All of the doctors and nurses where extremely professional and also found time in what I could see was a very busy shift to care. I hope that you are able to pass this on to all the staff as they are doing a fantastic job in what must be a very stressful environment.
