"Specialist was thorough in his examination"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had to attend the QMC in Nottingham to see the spinal specialist. My experience is that the hospital is clean and the nursing staff were respectful and even made a cup of coffee for the four patients who were told that the surgeon was late by half an hour due to an operation. The worst thing about the hospital is lack of parking as one of the multi-story car parks has been demolished but hopefully when this is rebuilt the standard will improve. The specialist was thorough in his examination and prescribed the resultant MRI scan and was open and courteous during the assessment. Overall this is a good hospital.
