"St Lukes is very very good"

About: St Lukes Hospital (Bradford)

My husband recently had cause to attend cardiology dept for consultation with Consultant & further tests. I cannot praise the whole experience enough - having had many appts and procedures / ops at Pindefields, Dewsbury, Pontefract & Leeds General Infirmary which in many cases have been dreadful - St Lukes shone out as a beacon of hope in restoring my faith in the NHS .

From entering the Horton Wing we were fretted with smiling, super efficient, staff from reception, to nurses, to a Consultant who was totally emphatic to patients.

each time we have attended we have been seen / treated immediately.

I would like this praise to be cascaded down to all the meeters / greeters, reception, nurses and the consultant.

Praise indeed from a former NHS consultant medical secretary who had lost faith until I came to St Lukes ! Keep up the good work St Lukes staff

How wonderful that St. Luke's ‘shone out as a beacon of hope’ - this is praise indeed. It is great to hear that all the staff were smiling and super-efficient, it is the standard we expect, but fabulous to have it confirmed. It will give me great pleasure to pass your comments to staff who really appreciate all feedback, thank you.
