It saddens and distresses me to be writing this so soon after I'd written a positive comment - since then the support has gone wrong and I'm not being heard. I have had some contacts with the crisis team that are not supportive and were very dismissive. The worker continuously advises me I am not in crisis, and that I don't have mental health needs. I am desperately reaching out for help as I am no longer coping, and they are not listening to me or letting me speak. They are not understanding what my struggles are and how it impacts on work, and how work issues impact on my emotional / mental wellbeing.
The worker has told me I need to go to sleep with it being late, and to call helplines (that I cannot call - how many times do I have to say this? ? ? ). This is not my package of care - why am I no longer being heard? ? Why are workers not supporting people with mindfulness; distress tolerance, and such like? ? ? These are skills that are now looked for when recruiting - so what had happened? ? ?
Why won't this work sit and listen, like other workers have done? ? ? This helps my situation.
I am so upset and distressed. I am absolutely desperate. I am at risk at this time of year. Why am I not being heard? ?
Why am I not being taken seriously? ?
"What am I not being heard?"
