"Well-Being Service: a real help"

The ability to talk to someone who understood the grieving process and let me talk was a real help.

The support was provided at the right time - whenever I needed help my well-being counsellor was easy to contact. She was flexible and considerate with timings and supportive of my position but always provided a common sense attitude to emotional issues.

Our Well-Being Team is there for families we support before and after bereavement. It's good to know they were able to support you when you needed them.
