To be shown how to use my inhaler was very useful as this had'nt been shown to me before.

I also enjoyed the exercise and using the different equipment.

I am glad you have found the inhaler education session useful, our nurse led education sessions play an integral role in helping patients like yourself to manage their condition effectively. The exercise component of the programme is one of the main aspects of Pulmonary Rehabilitation alongside the education. I am happy that you've enjoyed using the range of equipment available at Ashfield Health and Wellbeing Centre to carry out your exercise plan.
