"There are flaws - but not their fault"

About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

The only thing I have to moan about is the amount of time I had to wait to get the appointment - although this isn't their fault, I believe lack of funding is at fault and a large amount of people who can't afford private treatment.

During the visit I had, I didn't have to wait an awful long time, it was clean, and it sounds daft to say it, but I was pleased that the Consultant I seen was very nice.

I was generally satisfied, although I was not there at a busy time. I have no experience of what it is like then neither.
