I recently attended West Cornwall hospital for a minor procedure carried out by doctor and a very professional team.

I was very impressed with all the staff I came into contact with.

From the onset of my stay I was put at ease by the staff and was informed of what was going to happen. I was visited by the anaesthetist and Doctor who both explained the procedures that were to be carried out prior to my operation.

All the staff were very professional and friendly which helped put me at ease throughout my stay.

Many people complain about the NHS but I can't praise them enough, well done West Cornwall hospital, and all the team.
