"Car Parking"

I cannot give answers to any of the above questions as I didn't get in to the hospital due to the non availability of a parking space anywhere. I left work in Cheadle at 2.00pm for a 2.45 appointment, I arrived at 2.15 and gave up looking for a space at 3.10. This is a ridiculous situation.
