"Gold Standard level of care"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

The level of care and compassion given to my mother and us as family was exceptional at this hospital. My mother recently went for some elective surgery that required 2 nights stay. She was welcomed and looked after from the minute she entered Elective Surgery Unit for preping right though to the recovery unit and finally discharged from Clandon Ward. All the staff were fantastic and very hard working, right from the Consultants and staff working in surgery to the Health care Assistants that helped look after our mum throughout the night. We were surprised how all members of staff freely offered smiles on the wards or even in passing.

The staff truly made what was a difficult time for us bearable. We thank them all from the bottom of our hearts.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is great to hear that you had such a positive experience and we will share your feedback with the staff on Clandon Ward. Hopefully, your mother is making a speedy recovery.
