Today I attended an appointment at the Endocrinology Clinic, I am an 80yr old lady and have to say that from arriving at reception, throughout my consultation and subsequent blood tests I was treated with kindness, consideration and respect by all members of staff.
In particular I commend the Consultant for their patience and understanding, and their clear concise explanation of their findings.
