"Help was there when we needed it"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

From ringing 111 at 7.30 on Thursday morning the care and support we have received from BRI has been excellent . The ambulance crew were prompt , efficient and reassuring. A&E staff moved quickly and did an excellent job of getting a diagnosis and admission to the surgical ward. It took some time got the operation to happen but this was understandable . There were other emergencies .

We were kept informed and the operation took place late evening. Five hours later back on the ward with the highest level of care. Thank you to everyone
