What I liked

My 5 year old daughter was admitted to the childrens' ward on 24/11/09. I stayed with her during her time in hospital. The quality of care she received was wonderful from all staff members. Respect and kindness were shown to myself and all of our family at all times. Everything was spotlessly clean. Everyone at the Friarage made what was a very worrying, tense time for us all so much easier and less stressful. Thanks to you all.

What could be improved
