"Two lovely paramedics who came to my home to help me"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

Their names are Lorna and Mandy. They came after I had phoned 111 arrived in about 3 mins. They were very professional, kind, caring and very friendly which put me at ease straight away. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They wouldn't leave until the doctor they had called had got back to me and they knew I would be well looked after

They were called through the Poole in Dorset service.

So, top marks for two lovely paramedics.

Hi jeanrob,

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us. I hope you are feeling better.

It is very rewarding to hear stories of how our staff are delivering care and support to patients when they need it most.

We would be happy to share your story with the ambulance staff involved in your care, however to do so we will need some specific information. If you are happy to do so, please may I ask you to contact us on either plaudits@swast.nhs.uk or 01392 453 831 and a member of the Patient Engagement Team will be happy to help you further.
