"Caring and attentive staff"

We attended A&E with our 18 month old daughter who'd had suspected concussion. The service was prompt and staff were friendly and communicated well with us throughout. All staff we met were great with our daughter too, trying to cheer her up when she was upset. We felt involved with the decisions about when to return home.
