"Efficient and professional care"

I took my Dad to Urgent Care this morning as he had had a head injury on Friday and refused care at the A and E. It took me a day to track him down as he is very scared of hospitals, etc. The receptionist was approachable and efficient, even though it was very busy. We were seen instantly by the Nurse Practitioner and the Nurse Practioner's Assistant (I have probably got the title wrong). They both instantly put my Dad at ease and were so kind and helpful that he came out of the surgery saying that he didn't know why he had been worried in the first place. They assessed his wound, took his blood pressure and temperature and gave him advice on head injuries, all the while keeping a calm and professional atmosphere. I really cannot speak highly enough of them.
