About: Holly House Hospital

For me as a NHS patient using choose and book, Holly House staff treated me the same as self funding patient from previous experience using Holly House.

The hospitality staff/admin Manager took time out of their busy schedule to find out the colour code that is used on the walls at outpatients. The nursing staff were equally respectful and caring. In fact Holly House staff are terrific.

My consultant has treated me with such respect and kept me informed in their plan of action regarding my condition. The consultant does not realise how I felt insecure and worried after being looked after by a previous surgeon who has treated me since 2005 at Basildon but had left NHS, I was worried if I could feel secure with someone else.

The consultant's respect for me as their patient has reassured me. Thank you to the consultant for the manner of care they have shown me. I feel quite honoured to be their patient.
