All staff were wonderful - the standards of care were sensational.

I arrived feeling quite tense but was soon reassured.

Every possible attention was given to my feelings.

I had to wait for a few hours for my blood sugar levels to reach a safe number - during this time I was able to observe the quiet efficiency of all the staff even when they had unpleasant tasks to undertake
