"Excellent Treatment"

After being referred by GP for a test (gastroscopy) I have experienced excellent service from all departments involved with my health. The staff have been professional and respectful and I would like to thank the Consultant and their team for their kindness and understanding. With the pressures the NHS are facing due to lack of funding and staff shortages I was expecting the worse and thankfully my fears were unfounded.
