"excellent care given"

I stayed on the elective orthopaedic suite in Pontefract and couldn't have received better care and dignity , right the way up from the cleaners or housekeeping all the way up to nurses and surgeons ,I was looked after exceptional well and nothing was too much trouble day or night ,the nurses were so lovely and everyone on there was do calm all the time with helped keep patients calm and I would imagine not all patients are easy to look after. I was so well looked after by the nursing staff and the care I was given by the consultant and their team was exceptional even the ane that is was so reassuring and lovely. I was petrified of going into hospital for a knee replacement but with the care I was given by all the staff it was exceptional and definitely will be passed on .Do thank you so much for making a difficult experience as pleasant as it can be
