"Failed to comply with a data request"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

I have had 2 MRI scans at Hallamshire.

Requested copies - these have been provided in the form of "out takes" that were not used for diagnosis. They are a random selection and not what you would expect to receive from an access request.

I would have expected the full scan results not the random selection of out takes.

I was under the impression that when you requested copies of medical records that the full copy would be supplied especially when they charge you.
