"Time at the hospital in A& E"

About: Basildon University Hospital

I feel that the time board which shows time you should spend in the A& E department is very under estimated. Having arrived at 4.30 am with my mother who is 86 and had had a fall. The time on the board was 3 hours to see everyone.

We actually spent over 7 hours there.

So perhaps a more realistic time showing would be more benefucial.
