About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Recently spent some time in this Hospital after a double major heart attack.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive Thank You to all the staff that looked after me. They all done a fantastic job.

A special thank you to one member of staff and the team on the Cardiac Ward Level 0

I will never forget you, all and your commitment to your duties was totally over whelming.

Without this Brilliant Hospital and it's fantastic staff, I don't think I would be here today.
