manners.... making sure you have a drink or food when there for a long time

Since moving to this region in 2003 I've been admitted to chorley hospital a lot of times .........sometimes just for the night. Ive taken comments like 'oh you again' and 'what now'? many times . After many visits , at last , ( and because of a paramedic not hospital docs ) its been found i have a rare heart disorder!. Have I had an apology from chorley hospital ? NOT A CHANCE
