About: Burnley General Hospital

this is my 4th visit to the hospital this year, for various treatments.

The latest was this week for a mammogram. The staff, the volunteers by the main doors, the reception staff, the nurses,the consultant and the radiographer all were friendly and accommodating. My anxieties were eased as I was made to feel welcome and the proceedures were explained in laymans terms. When my appointment ended, the smile and use of my first name to wish me goodbye , really touched me . A wonderful place and amazing , dedicated staff. Thankyou
