"Attended colonoscopy dept"

Attended on 3 different occasions for the procedure to take place on each occasion was sent home with nothing happening, 1st appointment

I wasn't given the the pre med for it to be done, 2nd time was given pre med followed all instructions didn't work, 3rd time given different pre med, department this time spent over 2hours trying to get INR reading 3 different people including a doctor attempting to get blood finally telling me still couldn't do procedure pre med still not worked and still no result for INR reading insufficient blood sent to lab.A I don't live close by find this very unsatisfactory or should I say a shambles.
