About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I went to the hospital after 6 In the evening to have an x ray due to a swollen clavicle. the receptionist was very pleasant booked me in. the nurse was very pleasant, the x ray staff the same. The doctor was very helpful, he explained what the problem was,gave me medication to reduce the swelling and I left within 2 hours sorted.

I cannot understand why some people can call our hospital staff they are very pleasant and there to help you with your ailments. be pleasant and patient with them and they will be the same with you.
