Not sure if its poor administrative issues or just a lack of management, after a year and half of back and forward, finally got my knee surgery 2 months ago, managed to get a follow up visit with consultant 2/3 weeks ago, told I would get follow up physio and may need further surgery.
Still waiting for notification of physio and when phoned up seems to be no mention of this on my record.
So back to waiting for a phone call to find out what is going on.
I live in hope!!
P.s does any one from the hospital read these reviews???
One positive note when you actually manage to get to see someone, the nursing staff are very nice.
