"48 hour hysterectomy"

I was a patient at Stanway ward 11th Nov 2015, had a hysterectomy operation by epidural that afternoon and was home the following day in time for tea feeling very well indeed.
My continual recovery is down to all those in theatre, the recovery nurses, the nurses who looked after me during my stay in Stanway ward.
Also, the physio appointment before the operation which gave me time to understand what exercises I should be doing before and after the op.
Well done Colchester University Hospital.
