Some reflections from participants at our service user and voluntary sector event: Patient Opinion is a process that humanises stories. In the past participation has meant statutory control. Patient Opinion needs to make sure that it does not go down this path. Sometimes experiences get dismissed as anecdotal. That challenge is to make them mean something.
