I attended the A&E service with a letter from my GP. Although the receptionists were a bit rude and unfriendly, the doctors and nurses were extremely professional, helpful and nice. A really amazing service!
I only had to wait a few minutes until I was seen by one of the most caring and attentive doctors I have ever met. Afterwards, I had an ECG, blood test and X-ray. All the nurses, doctors and staff involved were absolutely amazing and polite.
I am very grateful for the high quality service they provided. The only let down is that 10 days after visiting the A&E service, my GP hasn't received the results yet.
