About: Chase Farm Hospital

Having put off my blood tests for a few months, I finally went today and what a pleasure to find one no longer has to sit waiting for what seems like hours squashed into a porta-cabin. Not only was my phlebotomist friendly and welcoming, they did a wonderful job - I have veins that don't co-operate with blood taking and usually end up passing out! I hardly even felt the "scratch" of the needle. I'm cross to have forgotten his name, but it was room 1 at around 12.30 pm.

Only gripe is that the queue for reception area/warfarin clinic impedes access in and out of the waiting room/clinic.

Thanks very much for your lovely feedback. We'll pass it on to the staff in the blood test unit at Chase Farm Hospital - they will be thrilled.
