What I liked
Well treated by the staff at all times.
The food was better than I expected, better than the resteruant at the Worcester Royal Hospital & The Frenchay Hospital Bristol.
What could be improved
In my cubicle in A&E the emergancy Light had a fault & had a tape over it to stop it working, I was in for a suspected heart problem. Whilst on a drip I had a very bad pain, but because the emergancy button had been taped over i was unable to summon anyone.
On my ward there were two very elderly men who kept stripping off. An elderly lady was admitted to a bed opposite one of the men. I feel sex segregation on the wards ib needed or at least some portable screens to go across the bottom of the beds.
Discharge Lounge was utter chaos, couldn't get the deyails on the computer, some drugs missing had to wait to be corrected,from 3-30pm to turned 5pm.
