"Oh dear whats gone wrong!"

From trying to make contact via phone (almost impossible) to not being informed of timescale! Messages not actioned correctly poor attitude of staff in pre op appointments dept.

I have been a paying patient at the hospital many years ago without problems. This time as an NHS patient I seem to have fallen by the wayside.

The consultant was very pleasant and explained the operation but from there on in its all fallen apart.

For medical reasons I have had to cancel but I am not sorry as I feel I may have had a lucky escape!

Seems to me that the admin staff need a shake up!
