(as the patient),

I would just like to compliment nurse Jane, in the orthopaedic outpatient department on her friendly manner when I recently attended Dr. Manish Agarwal's clinic. She was very friendly and kept me informed of what was happening while I waited to be attended.

A few words make such a difference and help to relax patients waiting for treatment. Thank you Jane, you are the nicest nurse I have come across in Monklands hospital.
