"About Gynecology Dept"

About: Croydon University Hospital

I have a consultant appointment on 4th December 2015, which was reschedule by Consultant offusia on 20th November at 11:30. I tried to call Gynecology dept for that on 18th November almost 15 times. No one answer so i called main reception to contact me, but still no response. than they connected to me with their supervisor of dept. no response. so i called back again to main reception so they connected me to consultant's secretary as expected no answer so i left voicemail to cancel my appointment and let me know once its rearranged.

but today 25th November i received that they dis-charge me because i didn't attend the appointment.

so i want to know whose fault is it that after approx 20 calls in 2 days prior to appointment no one answer or get back to me.

in that call i did some calls at around 10 am but still there was recording for after office hours.

i will wait for your reply that whose fault was that and what action has been taken?

Regards,

One Patient
