I now think, almost sure!, that I need a hearing aid and have been reviewing NHS against Private. A close friend strongly recommended NHS at Royal Preston - how right he was!

Speedy appointment - 2 weeks from Doctors referral - Professional test complete with full information on test results. Two hearing aids on their way - before Xmas!

Well done to all involved.
