"Attended accident and emergency 23rd Nov"

Amazing care from start to finish. I was rushed in by ambulance having slipped at work and dislocated my ankle and fractured my leg. The ambulance arrived quickly and the paramedics were brilliant, really calmed me down and acted quickly. I was seen immediately by a fab team of doctors and nurses. They were kind, sympathetic and really professional. They spoke to me and kept me informed the whole time. I was admittedly terrified but they took my mind off things and kept my spirits up. They acted fast on a potential problem to make sure I had the best chance of a full recovery.

They talked me through every aspect so I never felt worried. I can't thank them enough for what they did. They went over and above their duty to make me feel like a person not a statistic. Thank you again and keep up the good work.
